A confession: I only realised that the name Nigiro, was Origin spelt backwards, about two days after I went to the Nigiro launch earlier this month. Blush. Nonetheless, the opening of Dave and Joel’s new tea room in their Cape Town coffee shop was fab – here’s the article I wrote for SA Rocks.
